The Instructional cum Research Aqua Farm working under Administrative control of Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati. The S.V.V.U created Infrastructure facilities like fish disease diagnostic laboratory, farmers Hostel, Training center for farmers & Students purpose. Further, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University established the Chinese hatchery for production of 50 lakh spawn per cycle  by using of Godavari river water.

Farm Achievements:

1. Seed production of India major carps (IMC) was started and achieved the production of 2 lak fish fingerlings in the year of 2017-18 and sold to the department of Fisheries & local fish farmers.

2. Receipts generated from seed production in the year 2017-18 is Rs.1,38,000/-

3. Brood stock was maintain for spawn production in season.

4. Receipt generated for sale of fish seed in the year 2018-19 is Rs.4,00,000

5. Trainings was conducted in the surrounding villages on “Fresh water fish seed disease and their control & ornamental fish culture & breeding.
