Sri Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdary memorial trust was formed in the year 1994 in the memory of Late Sri Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdary, who contributed remarkable service for the growth and success of Sangam Dairy and fought for the upliftment of the rural milk producers. He is called and popularly known as “PALA VEERAIAH” as he was closely associated with milk producers and he was always proud to identify himself with Sangam Dairy.

He later elevated to the Chairman of APDDCF Ltd., Hyderabad. And he also held the post of Revenue Minister in the state cabinet of Dr.N.T.Ramarao. Sri Chowdary garu paved the way for the success of the Sangam Dairy and fought for the cause of Milk producers during his life time. With respect and to pay tributes to late Sri Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdary all the then milk producing farmers donated one day milk procurement for the formation of trust.

Since 1994 Sri Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdhary Memorial trust is conducting District level and State level tournaments in Volleyball, Kabbadi etc. every year and other social activities. Sri DVC memorial trust also organized veterinary training to the youth in rural areas to create and encourage self employment. Trust supplied liquid nitrogen tins for the storage of semen in rural areas at free of cost. Constructed 1st floor at Joint Director, Animal Husbandry office, Guntur in memory of Sri Dhulipalla Veeraiah Chowdary. In 2017 Shri DVC Dairy polytechnic ( 2years course) was started for the children of rural farmers in affiliation with Sri Venkateswara Veterinary university, Tirupati.

Sri DVC Dairy Polytechnic college, affiliated to Sri Venkateswara Veterinary university, Tirupati is offering 2years diploma course in diary processing with an allotted strength of 50 students per batch. During the academic year 2017-18, out of 50 seats, 49 were filled (Boys 32 and girls 17 from all the districts of Andhra Pradesh). Hostel facility is provided for both both girls and boys. For the academic year 2018-19, all the 50 seats are filled through the university (37 boys and 13 girls).

Since Sangam Dairy is well established with all facilities i.e Milk processing, Milk Sweets, Powder plant and Milk Cultured products etc., students are provided with hands on training and well trained with guidance of all in house departments.

The aim of Sri DVC Memorial trust is to provide and promote the two basic needs mainly health and education for the rural people. In order to provide high quality medical services with corporate facilities and with affordable prices to the rural people and milk producing farmers. Managing Trustee of Sri DVC Memorial Trust Sri Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar initiated in 2016 to establish DVC Hospital & Research Centre. The donations to Sri DVC Memorial Trust are mainly received from Societies, Milk Producing Members, well wishers and family friends.

DVC Hospital located in Vadlamudi Village, Chebroulu mandal, Guntur dt is a 100 bedded, specialty hospital. The hospital offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and is technologically up to date established with an approximate cost of Rs. 11 crores. DVC Hospital is a perfect example of an integrated healthcare system with over 10 specialties. Specialties offered are Anesthesia & critical care, General Medicine, General Surgery, orthopedics, Gynecology & Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Dermatology, Dentistry, E.N.T.
