- Department of Veterinary
Medicine commenced during the month of June-2011.
- Dr.N.Syaama Sundar joined
as Professor and Head in the department on 10.06.2011 and and got transferred to
CVSc, Tirupati in the year 2016.
- The procurement of Materials
&Equipment required for the Department of Veterinary Medicine as per the VCI-2008
guidelines is almost completed(List enclosed) for the conduction of Under Graduate
(UG) course.
- The department staff are
attending duties daily at Department of Clinical Complex for the UG students.
- Dr.C.Pavan Kumar and Dr.G.Praveena
have joined as Assistant Professors in the department during the month of Novemeber-2012.
- Dr.C.Pavan Kumar , Assistant
Professor currently acting as Head of the Department from the date January,2018.

Conducted 1 day training programme for field Para-veterinarians on ‘ Health care
